1.Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on:

  • Sundays
  • Public holidays

In some cases, processing time may increase due to high order volume or supplier delays.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3โ€“7 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5โ€“10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7โ€“14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and location.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

However:

  • COD may not be available for some PIN codes
  • Fake or suspicious COD orders may be cancelled

Customers must provide correct phone number and address for successful delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products/orders OR
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

Additional charges may apply for remote locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp
  • Customers can track the order using the courier tracking link

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Courier partner issues
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • High order demand

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If:

  • Address is incorrect
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Customer refuses delivery

then:

  • Order may be cancelled
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refund may not be provided for COD orders

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product
  • Missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

9. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on:

  • Supplier warehouse availability
  • Product type
  • Courier partner
