Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1.Eligibility For Returns

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

  • product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the package
  • Product has a major manufacturing defect

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2.Proof Required

For return/replacement requests, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear product photos
  • Package photos
  • Short unboxing video (highly recommended)

Without proper proof, return/refund requests may not be approved.33 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fitting issues
  • Color preference
  • Delay caused by courier partner
  • Slight color/design variation
  • Used or damaged products by customer
  • Orders refused at delivery
  • Incorrect address or phone number provided by customer

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is eligible, we may offer:
  • Replacement product OR
  • Store credit OR
  • Refund

depending on product availability and issue verification.

5. Refund Process

After approval:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Prepaid order refunds are sent to the original payment method
  • COD order refunds are processed through:
    -UPI
    -Bank transfer

Refund timing may vary depending on banks/payment providers.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Return Shipping

For approved cases:

  • We may arrange return pickup OR
  • Customer may need to self-ship the product

Return shipping charges may be deducted depending on the case.

8. Failed Deliveries / RTO

If a customer does not accept the order or provides incorrect delivery details:

  • Refund may not be provided
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
